The Sought After Neighborhood of St. Mary’s
The St. Mary’s area starts above the Hogle Zoo and is nestled at the base of Emigration Canyon. The homes were built around the 1950s and have that classic mid-century look. It may be the breathtaking views, the spacious rambler-styled architecture, or perhaps the fact that the mountain is in your backyard, yet you’re only 15 minutes from downtown, that makes this area so desirable. In fact, it’s common to see many of the original owners of the first homes in this area still around the neighborhood.
Many of these homes have been renovated and revamped. While keeping their original charm, skilled contractors have updated these homes with modern details, only adding to this sought after area.
